Alexandra Hotel Development Team Files Project Notification Form From Boston Planning and Development Agency/Boston Redevelopment Authority

The development team for the redevelopment of the Alexandra Hotel on the corner of Mass Ave. and Washington Street has taken the first step in securing approval for their design plan for the site.

Neighbors are invited to access all the proposed project components including planned public participation, permits required, the schedule, transportation considerations, environmental considerations including wind, shadow, groundwater, noise, and construction impacts, and design and other Article 80 requirements.

Proposed floor plans and specs are also provided as well as the latest architectural rendering.

The Impact Advisory Group will hold its first meeting in January, which will be advertised here as well as publicized in other South End outlets. All IAG meetings are open to the public. Neighbors with questions or concerns are welcome to address them at any upcoming IAG meeting.
